Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing Lunus (including lunus.luenix.com and lunus-erp.luenix.com), you agree to these Terms. If you use Lunus on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Lunus provides school enterprise resource planning tools, including web access and conversational interfaces (such as WhatsApp) for school data, inventory, fees, and related operations. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. School administrators must assign roles appropriately and revoke access when staff leave.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use Lunus to harass or defraud.
• Do not reverse-engineer or resell the service without written permission.

5. School data

Your school retains ownership of its student, financial, and inventory data. You grant Lunus a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. WhatsApp & third parties

Messaging features may rely on WhatsApp or other third-party platforms. Their terms apply to use of those platforms. Message delivery depends on those networks and is not guaranteed by Lunus.

7. Fees

Commercial terms (including pricing) are agreed separately. Unpaid fees may result in suspension after notice.

8. Disclaimer

Lunus is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for decisions made using information from the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lunus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the commercial agreement. On termination, we will handle school data as set out in the Privacy Policy and any written exit terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
